I will show you 10 Workout Videos that only take 5-10 minutes and you can target any area you want. But don't be fooled, they're quick but still super effective (be prepared to feel your muscles burn). All the workouts i do from YouTube are from Cassey, she is just a babe and motivates you amazingly throughout the video. There are a ton of different workouts on Casseys channel and i want to do all of them one after one (i'm not even halfway through...). But those ten following workout routines are my favorite ones.
